  • Please ensure the item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt (or within 10 days for customers outside New Zealand).
  • When returning items be sure to pay for a tracked method of delivery as we are not responsible for the welfare of returning items when in transit (for example the item is lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced).
  • The cost of returning items to Voon Limited is with you (the customer) however exchanges or repaired items will be sent back to you at our cost.
  • Please ensure that returned items have their tags attached, are clean & in the original un-worn condition with receipt included.

Voon has had a physical store in Wellington, New Zealand where we have been selling our exclusive line of clothing since 1996.
We endeavour to keep our online stock quantities as accurate as possible, however there will always be potential for a garment to sell in our physical store at the same time as a purchase is made online resulting the item being unavailable.
In cases such as these we will advise you immediately & offer either a full refund, or should you wish, you may apply the credit towards an alternative purchase or wait until the item is back in stock.

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any mandatory legislation in your jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded applies, these terms will be read subject to the application of that legislation, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that legislation will apply.
